Celebrating Excellence: Andy Paget Awarded MBE in New Year’s Honours

Police Chaplaincy UK is delighted to congratulate Andy Paget recently retired Senior Force Chaplain of Avon and Somerset Police, on being awarded an MBE in the New Year’s Honours List for “Services to policing and the community in Avon & Somerset.”

Throughout his distinguished career, Andy has been a source of unwavering support, compassion, and guidance to officers, staff, and the wider community. His leadership and dedication to the role of chaplaincy have left a lasting legacy, providing vital care and encouragement during some of the most challenging moments faced by the policing family.

This prestigious recognition is a fitting tribute to Andy’s lifelong commitment to serving others. His impact will be felt for years to come, not only within Avon & Somerset Police but across the communities he has so faithfully supported.

On behalf of Police Chaplaincy UK, we thank Andy for his extraordinary service and congratulate him on this well-deserved honour. His retirement marks the close of one chapter, but his influence continues to inspire chaplains and communities alike.
